Events on Halloween (Oct 31st) besides MNSSHP?

I am wondering if EPCOT, DHS and the resorts have special Halloween Events on Oct 31st?? We are trying to decide if we should go to MNSSHP before Halloween and save Halloween Day to experience the Halloween happenings offered at other Disney parks/resorts or is nothing else going on and we should go to MNSSHP on Halloween. I remember going a few years ago on to MNSSHP on Halloween and thinking maybe we should have gone a different day and done the parks/resorts Halloween celebrations. I hope this question makes sense but any opinions/experiences??

I know the Polynesian had a party for the kids with a dj and stuff this past year in Halloween. None of the other theme parks have an event and if you go down to the poly you could actually see the hollowwishes show right from the beach. Idk if other resorts do something. Id imagine at least the other deluxe ones do.

Halloween is pretty much a small blip at Disney -- they are too busy putting up the Christmas decorations.

They have had some halloween activities at Downtown Disney in the past. The individual resorts may have a few things.

MK is the only park that has any Halloween stuff going on. The other parks don't decorate for it, either. Most of the resort hotels have their own activities for their guests- costume contests, trick or treating, etc.

Ft Wilderness does a lot that anyone can participate in. Many campers decorate their campsites pretty elaborately, and quite a few welcome trick or treaters. There are wagon and carriage rides offered for a fee, and the free outdoor movie is a Disney Halloween themed one every night of October. On Halloween night, they sing spooky songs around the campfires before the movie. They also sell s'more kits, or you can bring your own marshmallows to roast. It is a lot of fun.
