I was reading the Navigators, and looking to see what the show was on Tropicali.... night as we left St. Maarten. I was thinking of booking Palo that night. We have no excursion plannned that day, and would not have to rush to get ready for dinner. But I don't want to miss a show. So...do they do a mianstage show that night, or is the deck party the main entertainment that night?

On Tuesday, in lieu of the shows, they showed Teacher's Pet in the Walt Disney theatre. No big productions (until the deck party, of course - that was at 10:00 p.m.)

The deck party is the main entertainment that night, and even though you want to book Palo, you DON'T want to miss the deck party! It's too much fun! (But you still might get to book Palo for an early dinner?)

We booked Palo for 7:00 on Monday and were out of there well before 9:00. Of course, we don't eat a lot - just an appetizer, main course and dessert. I guess you could be there a lot longer.

This was my biggest complaint. The night after the deck party, we had to be up at 6am to go though immigration. They really should have the deck party a different night as I would not let my kids go as they had to be up so early the next morning. It would be a great night for Palo (do not miss Palo...was one of the best event's of the trip!)
