Evening extra magic hours?

I am getting ready to make dining reservations for my February 2020 trip. The planning website I am using to pick my park days still lists evening extra magic hours. I thought I had read Disney was stopping the evening extra magic hours and only keeping the morning. Does anyone know if they are still being offered or are they ending?

If they are showing up, they should be available. We are going next week and on Tuesdays they are in Epcot and on Wednesdays they are in MK. They have been getting less and less. The hours have gone from 3 hours to 2 hours. Back in 2013 MK and Epcot had two days per week for EMH (Monday and Wednesday-MK).

Disney has been slowly but steadily adding more DAH (Disney After Hours), which is a separate hard ticket event\ separate price ($100+)). What you will find is the regular park hours are getting shorter to accommodate these events.

Unfortunately, with all things Disney they use a phrase "Subject to change at anytime".

That info is not correct. The pattern of having one PM EMH at MK and Epcot per week has been in place for several years now. The other two parks - DAK and DHS - have not had regular PM EMHs in several years. To be specific - excluding some special runs around Pandora and TSL opening - DAK ended their regular run of PM EMHs in 2011, DHS in 2/2017.

The only unexplained recent occurrence of a removal of PM EMH is MK PM EMHs this October. They are not on the schedule for unexplained reasons. It is either due to the extensive run of daily AM EMHs that are occurring that month, or something else to come.

Of course, any "regular" pattern of EMHs is subject to change once SWGE gets up and running.

Thanks! That helps with my planning!

I went to two EMH at HS last summer... rode Slinky Dog at 12:30am, I’m pretty sure they were on the same night a week apart. I can’t speak on AK though, the only time I went there after hours was a paid event.

My post noted that I was excluding the limited time special runs of PM EMHs that were offered around TSL and Pandora, for sake of discussion on regular/recurring PM EMH patterns.

I figured since they were in August that meant they were pretty regular the majority of last summer. I cannot speak on the summers before though as I just started going back to Disney regularly last year. Thanks for the clarification.

I am going in early Nov and right now there is one evening EMH at MK and one evening at Epcot. They are still around but limited. Morning EMH also seems to be limited.
