Evening entertainment at Universal / Islands of Adventure?

Hi,

I was wondering what Universal and Islands of Adventure have in the evenings? As Disney parks have firework displays to watch, I wondered if they had anything similar.

Its not all year, usually just thru the summer. Nothing compared to Disney.
