Evening EMG at MGM

Will any of the resturaunts be open duirng EMH at MGM? We are arriving sunday evening and will be spending some time in MGM as it will be the only park open long enough to make it worth our while. We are big fans of Mama Melrose's and it would be nice to grab dinner there. Anyone have any info on the resturaunt hours during EMH?

The current food locations avalaible during MGM evening EMH are:

Catalina Eddie's
50's Prime Time Cafe -- Seatings up until 9:30pm
Rosie's All-American Cafe

(of course that is subject to change)

We made reservations for Sci-Fi right at park close. That is always an option too.
