Evening Activity Disney/Surrounding Area

Its my fiancée's parents 30th wedding anniversary during our wedding trip and since they are paying for our wedding we wanted to get them a really amazing gift to say Congrats and Thanks!! Since they go to Disney more regularily than we do they have done all the disney and off site dinner shows, V&A's, Cali Grill etc. so we were going to get them Cirque de Soliel tickets but after dropping many hints weve worked out that its just not something they wanted to do. Now we are desperately trying to find them an activity/meal/unique expreince for their anniversary evening. It doesnt have to be on Disney but probably no more than one hour away.
Please please please any suggestions. Moneys not tooo much of a problem just want to give them a massive magical thanks

What I really want for our 1st Anniversary is a private Wishes cruise with the music piped in and dinner on the yacht. I love to ride the water taxis at night, it's just so pretty out there. No idea how to book but that's what I would do for a special night if I could!

I agree with michelle! that is what i would like to do as well. Super private at the best show. It is an extravagnace i wouldn't be able to justify to spend on myself but would be willing to do as a gift to the bestest people in the world! [if that makes any sense]
