Evening activities

We are going to WDW Jan. 30th - Feb.4th. We are staying off property. My questions are does anyone know if the Chip and Dale sing a long a t Wilderness Resort is open to anyone or just people staying at the resort? Also, since the parks close early during this time I am trying to find any neat evening activities for the kids (4,2, and 1). Thanks for any info. ALso, does anyone know the weather at WDW for this time of year and what about the crowd size. Thanks

The weather at the end of January in my opinion is the best of the year! It is usually fantastic at this time of year, and you will escape the awful heat and humidity of summer. There is the ocassional cold snap, so be prepared with sweaters and jackets just in case, but hopefully you can just leave them in the suitcase!
