EVC rentals from off-site???

Hello
We will be traveling to DW next year. My mother will most likely need an ECV to get around comfortably. The rental cost at the parks is $45 day.

Does anyone know of a vendor who rents these in the resort area; and will deliver to the hotel and pick it up when we check out AND at a perhaps better charge than $45 day????
