EVC Rental out of San Diego

Where do I rent an ECV to take on our cruise with us?
It would be nice to pick it up at the port - but we could pick it up from the hotel we are staying at the night before.

Special needs at Sea. I think they only deliver to the Ship or the Hotel not aware of a location in the Terminal.

Check your PM's.
