Had planned to visit DLRP with my parents and sis and family in Feb half term. Clubcard vouchers at the ready I have just been onto the Eurotunnel website-to find all their journeys are sold out!

Does anyone know if that's it-or do they release more seats over time??

Hope someone can give me some good news or will have to postpone our trip-need to use our vouchers!! :confused3

We are going Feb half term as well and had an EMail yesterday saying they have changed our time of departure (not by much) due to revised timetable. It looks as though there are still less trains due to the fire

The last time we used Tesco vouchers for Eurotunnel I had the same problem. Apparently Tesco are only allocated a certain amount of spaces per crossing per day and once they are gone, they're gone (unfortunately).

To use our vouchers, we had to pay for the crossing to France, but use the vouchers on the return journey. It was £106 that we hadn't budgeted for but this was the only way we could use the vouchers. I didn't want £185 of unusable Eurotunnel vouchers.

If you are flexible with the dates and times of the crossings, you could ask Eurotunnel if the have any Tesco allocations either later/earlier in the day, or on another day.

We haven't booked ours yet - out on 15th Feb and return 18th Feb but have checked the Eurotunnel website there is no availability at all for either day.

Hopefully a website error

Will call tomorrow morning - in the meantime fingers crossed

Thanks everyone-keeping my fingers crossed. Was working today but will try to call them tomorrow...

Strange, maybe they haven't actually released all the tickets yet, seems odd that everything is sold out, I would try phoning them to ask.

Its like Airmiles they only have X amount of seats to sell to airmiles customers per plane, same as Eurotunnel

I had no problem booking using clubcard vouchers for December, didn't even mention on the website that I was paying in part vouchers when I checked availability. At the mo, the eurotunnel site is saying all of them are sold before I even mention paying with clubcard vouchers!

It does sound like it could be an error. I have booked much nearer the travel date than this and never had a problem - even during peak holiday periods.

Called Eurotunnel today and they have currently withdrawn all travel for the 9 days (Saturday 14th to Sunday 22nd February inclusive) while they evaluate what timetable they will be able to offer.

They hope to have finished the exercise by the end of this week.
