Eurostar

If you have to change at Lille it's no probem - we did that for our second trip to DLRP (the direct service in late November was sold out 4 months before, when we tried to book) - there was about a 1 hour wait at Lille station but the platforms were very close together and the station is nice with plenty to do - we actually had longer in the parks by not going on the direct service.

Thanks Steve, I have decided to go from Waterloo instead of Ashford. Waterloo seems to have a direct train outbound and return!

The direct Eurostar train starts at Waterloo, has a pick-up at Ashford 1 hour later and then ends at Marne Le Valle - vice versa for the return journey.

Hmm thats weird then if theres spaces on the Waterloo direct but not Ashford.

It costs the same to go from Waterloo as it does from Ashford (at least that's what we got told when we booked our Christmas holiday last year) - you could always buy the ticket from Waterloo and then tell them at a later date that you are getting on at Ashford.

That's really stupid :confused3 but nothing surprises me with the Eurostar website. You can get a different price/combination of tickets each time you look at their site. :confused3 Even if you do decide to travel from Waterloo, there is nothing to stop you getting off at Ashford on the way home.
