Eurostar query

Does anyone know how long it takes for Eurostar to contact customers to inform them that they can claim compensation?
I am not sure whether I need to email them about our delay home on Tuesday or wait for them to email me.

Mine was sent the day after my journey last December. :)

Might have to contact them.There was no mention of compensation when we were on the train so maybe I'm not entitled to any.:sad2:
 
You are normally - It's written there on their site.

I got offered 50% of a return or a free one way or a % refund as we were over an hour late arriving in London.

Over 2 hours you get double that.

I'd be giving the customer care line a ring ;)
 

i had a email waiting for me when i returned.they also called me to say the money was going in my account before the end of the month we came back 26th july not got anything yet
