Would like to know how easy the indirect Eurostar is and how much you have paid if you don't mind.:)
Thinking when we have our APs doing a few cheap trips indirect could cut out our overnight stay in London and booking cheap tickets may be a bit easier as not only out twice a year as I believe direct service is.
Any advice would be great.

I've done the indirect changing at Lille a few times, it's pretty easy, we usually wait about 25 mins for a connection, I haven't noticed it being any cheaper than the direct train previously, just had to be on that train due to scheduling.

Granted I don't have any actual experience doing this (yet), but for our trip in October we're planning to take the Eurostar from London to Paris (Gare du Nord) then take the RER out to Disneyland. The one-way Eurostar ticket is $66 USD. I think the RER trip will be 7 Euro.
