Euros - good deal today

For anyone like me who's been watching the Euro rate (in the UK) I got a great deal today at 1.1254 - £799 got me 900E.

It's been going up steadily for the past couple of weeks, so it might increase a little, but I couldn't wait any longer so I got mine today.

Look at the financial news in the Euro-zone! Give it 6 months and you'll need Francs again!

Cracking rate you got!

We bought a pre-paid cash card last week on http://www.mytravelcash.com/ and got 1.1054 which wasn't brilliant but there's no ATM withdrawal fees which is good. I just feel more comfortable with a card but Nationwide have stopped my savings account from oversees withdrawals and that's what I used last year. Pity I couldn't wait until today but I wanted to make sure I got it before I left. It was with me on Saturday after ordering very late Thursday night so can't complain.
