euro rate at the moment

Anyone know how the euro is doing? And know how many euros i would get for £200 at the min... i know exchange rate is rubbish at the moment... but how rubbish? haha

£200 gets you €248 according to XE.com

The best way I know of checking the current rate is to go to google and search for 1 pound in euros

This works for any currency conversion you want and doesn't have to be 1 pound...

the only thing to keep in mind is that the rates provided by these services are the real rates, rather than the rate you'll get when exchanging in a bank or travel agent.

The Post Office website is usually up to date and I seem to remember it being competitive too. You need to look at the tourist rate anyway not just the exchange rate.

I changed my Euro's up at First Choice today, there rate of 1.20 against the Post Offices 1.6 seemed a good deal lol.

I rung up my local branch and asked what there rate for today and how much I wanted to changed up.

So I popped in there this afternoon and changed up my money, warning though if you pay by card they need I.D.

I would call them and ask how much they are willing to give you for the amount you have.

I always find Marks & Spencer give the best rate the tourist rate on M&S at the moment is 1.198 which is low I got 1.239 last week.

£200 converts to 239.60 Euro.
