And you should absolutely have both--the digital copy and the physical copy.

1) They say they are looking into it
2) Truth be told, they're not the most amazing awarding body. Not like Hypnotic World or anything! I won't be sad to see the back of them.

Seems rather ironic that a company who certifies applicants regarding 'life coaching' isn't organized enough to get you a certificate.

Packages from the US to the UK can take long nowadays. The reply you will probably get is that it got lost somewhere. They will either offer you your money back or to send you a new one.

If that was the case, I'd expect the answer to be "we mailed it, please give it a couple of weeks to a month."

Are you sure it didn't end up in your spam folder? Those kinds of things are typically auto-generated once you submit the final... whatever (test, survey, etc.) showing completion. There isn't anybody actually sitting around emailing pdf certificates.

But if you went through the proper channels to order (and paid for) the printed copy, they definitely owe you that. Good luck!

Thankyou for the kind advice guys! My learning is over (thankfully) after a stint of two years. I have more post-nominal letters than you can shake a stick at and, once I have recovered from my illness, will be actively practicing. In the mean time, I am concocting a website, business cards, pamphlets, fliers and advertising opportunities, etc.
