Eternal Disney; Ashes to Ashes, Pixie Dust to Pixie Dust

Put 'em in a tiki urn way up on a shelf somewhere in the Adventurers Club.

I have seen ashes spread at WDW. The thread turned ugly and was closed so I won't go there again.

I told DD I really wanted to go to Hawaii and be scattered there. I loved the ocean there and the whales!
But, if there is some way I could spend eternity in Disney ;) well, I'd be up for that too :thumbsup2
I agree that Disney will probably find a way to charge for it :rotfl:

I'll fess up too!

I asked DH just to take a teeny bit of me and sprinkle it there. Maybe somewhere along the Seven Seas Lagoon?

I'm glad I'm not alone in this...

My Mom took some of my father's ashes and spread them outside of the Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain, since those were his two favorites in all of WDW. The rest of his ashes are going to be spread in a lake in Canada.

I'm a little ways from passing on but I would have my ashes spread on Thunder Mountain Railroad it would be cool to be on a train forever.

At Disney? In the coffee cup of the guy who decided to use "Nescafe" in all the hotels. But for real, my kids are going to have some fun.

Amen to that!

As to the original question, I never really considered this issue but I think I might really enjoy knowing that a small portion of my ashes would be spread in the graveyard of the Haunted Mansion. Yup, that definitely would be pretty cool!

I used to think that was gross but now that I have Junior's ashes I don't think it is such a bad idea.

I thought about it but decided I didn't want tourists from everywhere walking on me and then getting swept up by one of monster vacs didn't appeal either.

I have my eye on some quiet mountains now. ;)

I was just thinking about some chunks of dirt my DS put in his mouth from a flower bed in Epcot when he was about 14 months.

I originally wanted my ashes to be taken up in a plane and scattered over the city of Fort Worth (my birthplace and the place I will always call 'home' in my heart). But then I found out that was illegal.

So I've decided, if it's possible, for DS to take me and drop a handful or two in the water of IASW (my favorite ride). The rest of me..well..I don't know. I wouldn't mind being scattered around WDW, if that's what they chose to do with me. :)

I have told my daughters I want them to sprinkle part of me in the rose gardens by the castle and the rest can be scattered on BTMRR!!

And they know I'm dead serious! :rotfl:

Exactly!!! :rotfl:

Just think of all of the things people do in WDW. I love the parks but I think that I'll take my ashes elsewhere. :teeth:

I forgot how the secret member's thingy goes (too many cantines of adult beverage) that would be a great place.

I told my DD a long time ago that I wanted her to do this on the sly, and take my ashes to WDW and have a great day and then put a little of me in the moat at the castle. I would be second in line for an "eternal pass" at WDW, I hope they're not watching and getting ideas... pirate:

I don't want to be cremated.
:teeth:

Sorry folks, but this one gives me the creeps. I really don't want to think, as I'm walking around Disney World, that I may be stepping on someone's Aunt Sarah. Or when I go on Splash Mountain that the water splashing on me might contain the remains of Uncle Albert.

I don't see what is so creepy about it....we all have to go sometime!
No one makes it out of here alive!

My DH and kids know I want to be cremated and to take a tiny bit of me to WDW and leave me by the castle.
Hopefully, that won't be for a while, but I know if they can, they will do it.
My kids know how much I love it there and would want to fulfill that for me if it is possible.
The rest of me...I don't care, I won't be here anyway.
My DD wants to bury the rest and make sure I have a headstone for future genealogists of the family to find me.
