Eta on welcome letter?

HHI shows our transfer of ownership recorded in public record on 5/12. We passed rofr before that around beginning of May. Any ideas when we will see welcome letter for our add on?

I'm not sure you ever do see the letter for an add-on. Check your online account and see if the points are there. Call member administration if not- they should have been there by now.

We never received a letter, the contracts and points just showed up.

I called member administration today. They told me they never received any transfer documents from the broker. So, it's back to the broker to figure out what was missed.

As a side note, we received a welcome letter with our first purchase, which included our member id. The broker says we should get another letter for the add on.
