Estimated AKV Dues 2009...$4.8554?

Happy to see that number, $4.8554 which was received at home today....Was worried it would be alot more...

Not much more than the $4.71 which was quoted when we purchased a few months ago....

When they say "estimated"...Do they need to be approved in a meeting?

Based on the details in the book, unless there is some dramatic finding at the board meeting, the fees are going to be what they are and approved.

I love the details they provide including the "animal fees". I had to laugh, it was something like $48.00 a year for the number of points we have, well worth it in my opinion.

How about the $470,932 for "Cost of guard coverage at the Resort"? That's one expensive guard! I'm in the wrong line of work!!


Housekeeping is $1,536,214 a year and they don't even bother until day four!?!?!
