Esta and green form

Hey there,

Just a quick question. I have filled in the ESTA and been approved for my trip coming up on Wed. Do i still have to do battle with the lovely green wavier form on the plane that we all love to fill in more than once LOL? Or am i saved this one piece of form filling now?

Anyone know?

The online application is still optional at the moment so I;m afraid you'll still have to fill in the green form - at least until Januray 2009

12 Jan 2009 is when it becomes mandatory and I think I read somewhere on the ESTA site that the green forms will then cease to be used but at the moment they are running them parallel to the ESTA voluntary applications.
