**Essex Meet!** On Saturday!!**

We cased the joint this afternoon and all is as last year! For those that haven't been before, there is a good size car park at the back of the pub, a garden with trestle tables where we sat last year also at the back - however, the weather may be too cool or wet to do this next week but there is a nice little area to the right of the bar, if you come in through the front entrance, which has a sign that reads "Duck Or Grouse" above the doorway whicgh looks good for a group of us to meet.

A couple of asides -
1. You won't mix this pub up with the Queen's Head as sadly the Queen's Head is just a burnt shell

2. I love the sign on the roundabout which directs you to the "Secret Nuclear Bunker"

I've been trying so hard to arrange things so that I can come, but the logistics are just not falling into place. I am still working on it, but it is looking doubtful!

Oh boo - we would really love to come along, but have long planned for trip to stay with friends as DH is measuring up for their en-suite bathroom tiling which he is doing as a fave, so can't let them down now, especially as this is the only weekend we can make it before we go to WDW
