ESPN Zone

I am a wheelchair user and want to know if anyone has visited this resturant. I will be traveling to WDW in August with my sister, brother-in-law and my niece and nephews. The guys really want to visit ESPN. I want to know if any other wheelchair users have visited and if there were any problems. Are there buses that will take you there? I am thinking that maybe the girls will want to do something else. I am open to suggestions. Thanks

Hi and to disABILTIES!

It is at th Boardwalk. If you go in to the lobby, turn right and go along a corridor until you see a lounge on the left. At that point make a U-turn to the right and you will see an elevator which will take you to the boardwalk level. Then go out and ESPN will be toward the right once you get past the end of the building.

I have never been in there, but it was built by Disney and should be fully accessible.

Note that they do not take reservations, so if there is a major sporting event going on it will be very crowded.

We've been there too. Once you get down to the Boardwalk area, it's very accessible.

For how to get there, you can't get a bus from the resorts to the Boardwalk, but you can take a bus from any of the parks to the Boardwalk resort. Or, take a bus to the Studio and from there, you can catch the boat that goes between the Studio and Boardwalk resorts. There is also a walkway along the water; it's maybe a 15 minute walk.

Yep--no problems in 2003 and pretty good food! My son was with me and he really enjoyed watching sports on the tv!
