ESPN Parking?

On our arrival day (non-park day), we plan to eat at ESPN for a quick meal after a long day of travelling, however, we are unsure of where we can park? I have heard there is valet parking, but I don't think we're willing to pay $14(ish) for an hour/hour and a half of dining at the Boardwalk.

We have only ever seen the Boardwalk area from the scenic side (when we walked over from Epcot one year)...never the backside of the hotels where the parking must be. So when driving there, should we be looking for something that says 'parking for Boardwalk'... or perhaps 'Boardwalk Resort' to park there???

If it's during the Food & Wine Festival, they will probably direct you to the parking lot across the street, on the same side of the street as the gas station. Look for signs.

And that lot is often full on F&W weekends.

If that happens, you can drive to the parking lot for DHS and then either walk to the Boardwalk or take a boat. Here is a map of the area courtesy of ROBO, another DIS poster:

It doesn't show the parking lot across the street - it's behind the area covered up by the Map Key.

If you are going to ESPN during a popular football game (college or NFL), you may have a wait. We often see lines to get in during those times.

We will be dining there during F&W, but it would be on a Tuesday evening. Hopefully there are no large sporting events in the US on the 30th of October... Thanks for your suggestions all.
