ESPN Club VIP seating

i am trying to get ahold of the ESPN Club to make a VIP reservation for NFL Sunday on December 23rd. However; when I call there the phone just rings and rings. Disney reservations seems to have no clue about the VIP seating at ESPN Club. Does anyone have any suggestions...

I just made a reservation for October 14th. Called 407-939-1177 and got right through. Not sure if they take VIP reservations that far ahead.
