OK, so the jet lag has kicked in!! It's 4:45am and I am up and wide awake, my body seems to think I have had an afternoon nap! So I figured I would get up and do the rest of the laundry and upload some pictures onto the internet.

**Yep.....I've never seen that movie I can't say why When I go to work, I"m going to ask my good friend, who owns the insurance agency next to me, if she's ever seen it. If she hasn't, maybe we should make a date and watch it together. I haven't seen that other movie either - I never even heard of it I'll have to look into it

Slo Return to the forbidden planet is a musical theatre show, just like Rocky Horror also is (although that is a movie too.) Return to the forbidden planet is good as the actors on stage are also the musicians and play multiple instruments as well as doing the acting and singing. Ooh, thanks for the welcome home!! I have spent all day today doing laundry and finding places for all the stuff we bought!!

Today we are just hanging out at the pool all day - I'm so excited!!!!
Than tomorrow, we are having some friends come over, and we are going to hang out again at the pool all day. With summer coming to an end, it's great to get in as many pool days as possible

I thought I'd share a few other pictures too!!

Do any of you watch Entertainment tonight? We met the host Mark Stein on the Paramount tour and he was lovely. He was recording the links for that nights show and he stoped to chat to us.

Also any Friends fans? I went to Central Perk (I was most excited about this as I have all 10 seasons of Friends on DVD!!)

Boy, oh boy, I've been loving these last 3 days to sleep in
I haven't been working out, but that's okay, I needed a day off from that too


Yesterday was a great day of doing NOTHING!!!!!
We just hung out by the pool all day, and then last night, the girls and I played a couple games of Disneys Scene It - 2nd addition, which was alot of fun!!!! Yep, it was a good day!!!!!


Today was have some friends coming over, and we are going to be at the pool again all day. I'm really enjoying these days, because the weather forecast is talking about much cooler weather next weekend, which means no pool. Fall is definitly around the corner!!!!

Well it was back to work for me today, although the kids aren't back until Wednesday.

I felt sorry for my assistant today, she went to Las Vegas whilst we were in Disneyland, although she flew out a few days before us. She booked her trip through a tour operator whose airline only flies to Vegas twice a week. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the aeroplane and they were delayed for 30 hours!! Then when they finally did get going they found out that Las Vegas airport had been closed due to a storm so they had to land in Palm Springs for a while (and were kept on the plane as they were not allowed to enter the USA officially at that point due to it being an international flight and thay not being their agreed point of entry!) But then that caused the pilot to have gone over his allowed working hours! So they could not take off again until after he had had his mandatory break. At this point some people on the plane were getting very abusive and the sheriff had to be called! So her 7 night trip to Vegas was cut to 5 nights there. And then to top it all off they never made it to the Grand Canyon as they tour bus they were on broke down at the Hoover Dam! They have decided they are going to go back and try again next year!!

So after her telling me this I decided it would be a good idea to not tell her about my trip there!

I hope everyone who celebrates had a great Labor Day. I actually worked. I am going to take Friday off and spend the day in my daughters' classrooms.

Our new dog is fitting in with our family quite nicely. Though we have had some ups and downs. Saturday evening the girls were playing and eating pizza across the street... allowing my husband and I to have a quiet steak dinner. After the meal I put the left over steak in the fridge. My husband was to clear the table.

When I got back from picking up the girls he informed me I had missed all the action. Apparently he had gone to the restroom prior to clearing the table. While in the restroom he heard a huge crash. Oreo (the new Shih Tzu) had gotten up on the table and pushed a plate to the ground... breaking it.

We did not think anything of it... until the dog vomited in bed with us that night around midnight. Turns out he ate the skins of two baked potatoes.

We stripped the bed, started laundry and put on new sheets. Okay - I was stupid at this point. Oreo is just so darn cute and very, very sweet. I put down a towel and let the dog stay with me. My DH couldn't go back to sleep. When he did come to bed at 3am - he discovered the dog had puked again. Repeat bed stripping and laundry. This time the dog got locked up in his kennel.

I had him all bathed and cute before my husband got up on Sunday.

I do not give the dogs human food. My husband does a little... and then the girls drop sometimes at dinner... that a good scavenger could really feast.

We are laying down the law that little Oreo is not allowed anything but dog food.

Back to the ol' grind stone today!!!

Yesterday was so much fun!!!!
I have so much fun with these friends - it's great!!!!!
The only thing that was bad about this day, is the party behind us, was very loud, with extremely loud karoke, so we chose to not eat dinner outside - it was like noise pollution. My girlfriend yelled really loud for them to "kill the power" but they didn't hear her


Danauk - What a terrible experience for your friend Whenever I hear these type of stories, I always think, what would I do with my kids (especially when they were babies/toddler) if this happened to me??? It would terrible, just terrible!!!!!!

BB - I'm so sorry to hear of poor little Oreo getting so sick I hope she's doing better now.


Well, I gotta go and workout. I haven't worked out since Friday, and I haven't watched my diet at all this weekend

Yes I did meet up with Dee. with your help.. LOL.. she was looking for me under my name not the married name.. but with your help she found us.. and we had breakfast one morning..it is funny, I was thinking about her the day before and was going to call her to meet in the sea day..

Let's see... favorite port.. hard to say but I did like Cartegna and went zipping in PV.. and finally did my kayacking at castaway cay..

back to work.. will talk once I ketchup with work stuff and house stuff..

Hi everyone. We just got home a few hours ago... let the kids play, had pizza for dinner, bathed and put the kids to bed. I'm going to do the same shortly as I haven't had a decent night's sleep in over 2 weeks. (Sophia woke in the middle of the night all but 2 nights of the whole trip.)

We had a great time on the cruise and at WDW after. Sophia is now a true toddler now!!!

Got lots to share but too tired now. I'll come back to report tomorrow.
