Escape / Dessert Party / Wedding Dress

Hello, Like a lot of people, we are struggling with the Wishes minimum expenditures. So our thoughts are to have an Escape or Memories ceremony - then go elsewhere (ie, perhaps SOG since we will have military with us or a restaurant for a dinner).

However, we want to do either a dessert party OR the Park Portrait session IN HER WEDDING DRESS. Is that possible since we did the ceremony and dessert party through Disney?

Yes you can book a DP and in park portrait session in your dress if you have an Escape wedding, i've heard mixed things about Memories and a DP and your dress.

I had an Escape Wedding with Dinner and a Dessert Party.

For dinner - as long as the reservation is not made in a Disney Park, you can wear your dress.

For the Dessert Party I was able to wear my dress. Let your planner know, my planner told us we had to use their transportation for the Dessert Party (one way vans) and wouldn't let us use the international showcase entrance because of my dress while I know others have been able to go this route.

I was asked by my planner if I wanted to schedule a bridal session, but I did not. I know other Escape brides have though.
