Errors with BOG reservation, please help!

Hi there... every time I try entering in my confirmation to access the BOG reservation screen, there is a red message that says: Guest is already registered.


Can someone give some insight as to what I'm supposed to do? Thanks!!

I could not log on for BOG reservations either. Do you use your 12 digit room reservation number? The submit button does not light up. Please advise!

From another thread: "Are you using the 12 digit confirmation number? It is not the 8 alphanumeric code found on the reservation page of MDE. This 12 digit number can be found on the magic band page" or your check-in page. This is on the URL line.

Thank you for trying to help. I believe that I am using the correct confirmation number from the magic band page. I can't even log in as the submit button never lights up.

Oh, right. You did say you have your 12 digit confirmation number. I am not sure what the problem is!! We had some issues with our account this morning and DH had to call Disney IT. They were very helpful and fixed the problem right away. You can call them. They might be able to help.
