Took a long time for my husband and I to figure that one out. I got the 2nd part more or less, but the first was worded funny for the both of us. It didn't read right to either of us (Spanish & Puerto Rican spoken here)

I googled her and came up with this one that might be it
“If help and salvation are to come, they can only come from the children, for the children are the makers of men.”

Like I said, it just didn't read right to either of us the way it is written. The two sentences like that really makes it not work well for either of us
