Hi All,
I checked the DVC member website this morning to make sure my AKL points were showing. They were, but my total points for my3 resorts were in error.
Each individual resort showed the correct amount, but in the total points area they had it off one year. In other words, for 2007 I should have been showing 196 points available--only 100 were listed, in 2008 it should have shown 220--it showed 2007's availability of 196.
I called MS and the representative did not follow what I was saying.
Said she would forward it to technology. All call back tomorrow if it isn't corrected and try with another rep. Be careful that you haven't been shorted points in the mad rush of yesterday's inputting!
