Error Message when trying to modify?

I’m having the same issue - can’t modify or change without it stating the room is unavailable. Ended up calling member services and they had to get some extra help, but they added the night I was looking for. Hopefully this is a temporary issue.
 
I have the same issue. Trying to modify, well after 8am and getting the error saying the room is no longer available. It has shown as available on the calendar for 2 days and I can't book it. I will call at 9. I am a resale contract, but not borrowing. I'm using banked points though.
 
update. Member services was able to modify it for me when I called!

I couldn't do it online, I cleared cookies, I used incognito. I tried 3 browsers, laptops, phones, but I couldn't do it online.

Very happy he could do it when I called!
 

Same problem here trying to add some days to a reservation at 11 months +7 and it will not allow for modification. Keeps getting that the rooms are not available, but they are as nobody could get ahead of me as I have the first days already. Very frustrating.

Yeah! Maybe this is why they are shutting down for a few days. They know they have to fix a lot of things that should work for everyone, and not just different accounts! Let's hope the new updates make things a whole lot easier, and run more smoothly for all owners!!!

I love your optimism. I wish I could share in it. They are probably just changing the automated voice to a female. <-Sarcasm
 
I was trying to walk a OKW grand villa for Memorial Day weekend and when trying to modify all I get is the dwarfs it’s very frustrating. I need to borrow a few points and I think that’s the problem as I tried to just make a separate one night reservation for the exact number of points I need and it keeps giving me the dwarfs too. So frustrating!!!

Same issue - just trying to remove my first day at Boardwalk and keep the other 3 - get to the very end and then it says
Sorry, the room you selected is no longer available for the dates you requested.
 
the calendar shows availability but when I try to book 8 get the same message that room no longer available
this is at two different resorts.
I haven’t the time to sit on hold for member services.
This is so frustrating. No AP’s and noe this!
I have 4 contracts which I am seriously thinking about selling,
 
I was able to call MS and get them to book the night I needed that gave me the 22 borrowed points to walk my Grand villa at OKW (I needed an extra 11 points for each weekend night) Once we hung up I canceled the reservation for the one night and was able to add the night for my grand villa to keep the walk going with all the points I’ll need to get the actual dates we want 😊. The MS agent was also getting the dwarfs on her end and had to escalate it so I really hope the borrowing error is fixed when the site goes down for maintenance.
 
Yes to all of the above^^^^ I was trying to modify and saw tons of availability. Called MS - on hold about 50 min. The agent I spoke with - Dion was fabulous! He was able to work some magic and got us booked. However, it is more than frustrating to not be able to make these changes right away given the tight availability.
I even checked the availability just now at 10 PM and pretty much the whole month is showing blue but the system won’t let me change anything and still giving the same “sorry that room is not available at this time” error.
 
I had this issue today as well. I was trying to modify my stay in August from SSR to an opening at Boulder Ridge that popped up. Ugh!

You should be able to book the room as a separate, single day reservation. You have to go through the process of having MS put the reservations together as one but at least you don’t lose the room.
I had the exact same issue earlier. It was with banked points though and the original reservation was with current use year points so I’m not sure this is strictly on borrowed points like some have said. It is a resale contract so I suppose that part is consistent but not the borrowed points. Disney’s latest ploy to get back at us resale buyers lol. I really hope they figure out whatever glitch in the 3 weeks before the MS shutdown/system upgrade.
 
The site is falling apart. I just don't understand how these errors creep into the site unless Disney is making changes in the background that are causing these other problems. A week ago I did not receive these errors. Why can't they just restore the code from when it was working?
 
Same problem here. Keep getting room is now unavailable message. Tried booking just 1 night, nope. Tried different views, nope. Very frustrating. This really is unacceptable. And I can’t even get on a waitlist for the nights I want because it’s showing as available!
 
Same here ("No Longer Available") for several different dates -- starting yesterday. What is odd is that I actually called MS and eventually got through -- and he told me that one of the dates in my range was actually NOT available (i.e. it wasn't just a booking bug in not letting me book it -- but it was a bug in not realizing that day wasn't available). That being said, about 10 minutes later, I refreshed again and it let me continue. So, I'm not sure what to believe now. I'm not sure if something is actually NOT available during the date and that it will therefore never become available and it isn't worth refreshing -- or if it actually WILL let you book it if you try enough -- in which case, trying it again in a few minutes might make more sense.

Anyone that got the "No Longer Available" error eventually get it to go through on the site without calling MS?
