update. Member services was able to modify it for me when I called!
I couldn't do it online, I cleared cookies, I used incognito. I tried 3 browsers, laptops, phones, but I couldn't do it online.

I love your optimism. I wish I could share in it. They are probably just changing the automated voice to a female. <-SarcasmYeah! Maybe this is why they are shutting down for a few days. They know they have to fix a lot of things that should work for everyone, and not just different accounts! Let's hope the new updates make things a whole lot easier, and run more smoothly for all owners!!!
You should be able to book the room as a separate, single day reservation. You have to go through the process of having MS put the reservations together as one but at least you don’t lose the room.I am trying to add a day at the beginning of my December reservation and keep getting that "room no longer available" message even though it is showing as availableIt will let me book a room at one resort but not another one
