Erratic Behavior?

I used an IP tracing website to track down the routers that send us to VMK (it's fun ). One of the router "hops" lost total connection right before the destination, Burbank, CA. The program said that the erratic behavior of three of the hops, especially the one before CA, could cause instability. Theories anyone?

I traced signals from a server to the VMK website. One of the signals lost all connection right before Burbank, CA. The program said that the signals were erratic and could cause weird behavior. Could this apply to the problems we used to have with disconnections?

DC ing may be over.. but vmk still crashes pretty often...
