ER Tonight!

Ok, I know this is premature, but I'm so excited about ER tonight. I feel terrible for Abby, and at this point in the show I hate Carter (unfortunately, because he used to be my favorite). I know a lot of people on the boards love him, but to come home and rub in your ex girlfriends face your baby's ultrasound. Maybe I should just wait and see, right!? Anyone care to comment?

From the previews she asks him what it is in his hand. He isn't rubbing anything in her face. Also considering the way she treated him when he returned last time, I wish he would rub it right in her face.

I hope I can stay awake to watch it tonite. I read the "Dear Abby" letter and it was so sad I'm excited for Carter but sad for Abby. It seems she is always losing or pushing away the guy she loves. I just wonder if Carter is really ready to be a daddy.

Personally, I think Abby deserves everything she gets. Remember when Carter came home the first time from Africa and she was a nasty b-word to him? Like he wasn't just away in Africa, unselfishly putting his life in danger to help people.

Anyways, can't wait for this evening's episode. Is anyone going to watch the Donald Trump show "The Apprentice"? I haven't decided whether to watch it or not.

Ok I retract my statement about Carter rubbing it in her face, but I still don't like him anymore for some reason. I think she was really hurt and confused when he came back from Africa the first time, and I probably would have reacted the same way, I feel that I relate to her character in many ways, so I really do feel bad for her. The thing with Pratt was really sad, hopefully he'll be a tiny bit less cocky now, though I kindof like that about his character. Anyone else care to chime in?

I thought it was another great episode. I like Pratt (plus I think he's really cute). What a rough day he had. I agree with you, maybe this will calm him down a bit.

I hope Luka doesn't leave, but I also hope he doesn't end up with Sam. I think that would be a little too contrived, if you know what I mean. I always liked Luka and Abby together.

Next week's episode looks good, too.

What happened to SEATBELTS?? That's what stuck for me tonight, I'm weird. Luka puts Alex in the back seat, as Sam instructed and, he closed the door. Doctor, nurse, car, kid.....NO SEATBELT. I know he was sleeping but, trust me, I KNOW you can belt a sleeping child.

I liked tonight's episode too, btw.

I tried my Christmas present out tonight and TIVO'd ER! It was great pausing and going back to see scenes again! Awesome! Great episode! I'm very happy for Carter, he deserves to be happy! He does need a good brush though! I didn't think Abby and Carter had good chemistry, something didn't mesh. JMO!

I agree. DD and I noticed that too.

When Pratt broke that guys neck, I think everyone watching gasped like DD and I did.

My DD, who is 17, is a big ER fan and we watch together. We both agree that the plots are a little lacking. I don't think these storylines are nearly as good as the ones in the past. They are jumping around and we are waiting for the plot to begin. But we still watch.

I miss Carol, Doug, and Dr. Greene.

I've been watching since the pilot episode, and it has been lacking for the past season, IMHO.

The storylines are weak, and its just bad all around.

I bet they wanted to end it, but the network wouldn't allow Friends and ER to end at the same time.

I am making a prediction that over the summer they will anounce that the final season is coming.
