Not sure if this has been mentioned since I've not been around in a bit, but I received an email from EPOLL apologizing for their not sending out my reward (Ordered Oct last year) and saying that my points have been reinstated and a new program is going into effect August 1. They said it will make receiving rewards more effecient.

We'll see.

I finally received my check from Memolink after about 6 months. SIGH.
