epoll and boycott?

We had success with Disney Awards, what about epoll? I cashed out 8/21 for a kmart gift card. Repeated emails to them assure me that I will get the reward but they are "backed up" in receiving them. Has anyone cashed out there successfully in the last 5 or 6 months?

I cashed out in September and still don't have my GC. I think it was for the Olive Garden. I remember that they took forever the first time I cashed out with them.

I cashed out several months ago with epoll for a couple Olive Garden gift certificates. I wrote them a nasty note, asking them why they were having so much trouble delivering, when other sites (like MyPoints) were always very prompt. Told them I would not be back until I received the GCs. I got the standard canned response back.

I`ve been waiting since march for my $5 mcdonald`s gift certificates

My dh cashed out for a target gc about a month before me and hadn`t received it by by august so he emailed them and they sent it right out to him

But everytime i email them i either get the canned response or no response at all


I have now stopped doing the surveys they send me!

I cashed out for the second time with them in October. The first time was for a $5 STARBUCKS card and I had to send a reminder email to get it. This time it was for a $10 Target card. I've sent two reminders and received the it takes 8-10 weeks email. I emailed back yesterday that it's been over 10 weeks and haven't received a response to that email. SIGH. BUT I did get my MYPOINTS webbie today ~ )
