Does anyone have this yet? It looks interesting, but not exactly sure what type of game it is, how you play, etc? I am a huge MIckey fan and my kids keep asking me what I want for Christmas. Not sure if I should put it on my list or not. Thanks!

It's not an easy game. It reminds me of the Disney Robinsons game. Mickey has to perform different tasks in each world in order to pass to the next one. It's neat because it includes different parts of the Disney parks. My oldest whom is 11 has been playing it so far and seems to like it. You use both the Wii remote and numchuck. It's a game that will keep children occupied that's for sure. There is alot to do. I did buy it for my DH though lol!

I put it on my list (actually I bought the $35 Walmart bundle for my DH to give me). A few of my friends picked it up on the day that it was released and love it! I think my kids will really enjoy it from what I've heard (my DS12 loves a challenge). I'd love to hear what others have to say about the game.

I have been playing pretty steady since Wednesday and I am loving it. Lots of corny Disney joke/references, even the music in the background is usually a warped an twisted version of the classics we love. My wife has been sitting on the couch watching the game because and I quote, "its's really fun just to see what they did with the magic kingdom."

I picked this up along with the paintbrush nunchuck for DD11 as a Christmas present. She has the comic on her iPad and is very excited about the game. She had a similar Mickey game for the Gamecube that she played for hours...and beat ;)

We got it a few days ago and LOVE IT!!! My husband and I have been taking turns playing and helping navigate. What we like about it is that the game changes based on choices you make. If you "play nice" one time and beat it, you can go back and have a different experience if you "play mean." Our kids are 3 & 5, and they are getting a kick out of watching us play and picking out the music that is playing. Definitely a purchase for the disneyana folks out there! Lots of history and nostalgia thrown in with the items that show up in the game. Can you tell we love it a lot?! LOL!! :)

I ordered the Mickey Epic for DS 8 for Christmas. For his b-day which is in a dew days he'll be getting a Wii for the first time. The bundle I got him has extra controllers & I think it does come with a nunchuck. Not sure though since I wrapped the box the moment I got it.

I've seen a paintbrush for the Mickey Epic. Will I need to get this paintbrush or make sure I have a nunchuck for us to play ? Just confused what attachments we will need to play. We're new to Wii & this game looked amazing !

A regular nunchuck will be fine! The paintbrush is the same, just made into the paintbrush shape. :)
