Epcots Frozen new ride?

Hello does anyone have an idea when Epcots new frozen ride will open?

It's rumored May 1st, but that's only a rumor. Nothing concrete from Disney yet

After Spring Break, before mid-June.

From a Disney perspective: it just can't get done in time for the March Spring Break rush. So the next peak time period is when school gets out in Mid June. So I'd say Disney's goal is really to get it open before mid-June. Since crowds are moderate in April and May there's really no rush to get it finished early (i.e.: no reason to pay overtime to the workers to get it open a little bit quicker).

So the "FastPass window" opens 60 days before our trip (5/15 to 5/22) on 3/15 and we make our selections that will not include Norway/Frozen. Then say on 4/1 Disney announces the attraction will open on 5/1, will the FastPass's then become available and I can edit my choices?

Yes if fastpasses are then available. Sometimes with an opening they don't use fastpass right away until they get into the routine of the attraction. I don't remember how they did it with mine train off the top of my head.
