My husband, SIL and her husband are planning a trip in January. They haven't been in a few years and it wasn't the best experience. We want to make this trip better. She is not a ride person. She's a Living with the Land and Gran Fiesta are her thrill rides kinda person. I'm thinking an afternoon with the best of World Showcase might be a good idea. We always walk through, try to see Voices of Liberty and grab snacks in some of the other countries. Have any of you had a World Showcase plan? What are the highlights? Drinking around the world is out because we don't drink alcohol. Thanks for any tips you can give.

What dates are you there in January? Epcot is the perfect park to take it slow and not focus on rides.

All of the short films in the countries are great! We love those.

The Duck Tales scavenger hunt (an in-Epcot experience using the PlayDisney app) is geared towards kids but is fun for adults, too. You can set off different animatronics in each country. If you only do one country all the way through, I highly recommend Japan. It’s always a hoot to see passers-by reactions to the finale in that country. 😉

Speaking of Japan, the Pearl ritual in the store is very fun! Even if you don’t want to pay to do it yourself, if you hang around you are bound to see someone else doing it and you can take part in some of it.

Okay, I’m giving away my favorite country here 😆 because the drummers in Japan are also a must-see live performance for me.

There is a tea garden tour in UK, twice a day I think? You need to rope drop the daily signup for it to get a spot. I’ve never done it because it’s always full up for the day when I pass by.

Morocco is beautiful and quiet to wander through and take pictures. No one ever goes back there.

Watch the train set by Germany.

So many great exhibits in some of the countries if you take the time to go inside and look around. Norway, China, Japan, France all come to mind.

Window shopping everywhere!!!

Hope you all enjoy!
