epcot wine passport

Last fall I was in Epcot and purchased a wine passport. It has 6 wines from 3 countries. I only used 2 of the wines from one of the countries. I am headed back in 3 weeks. I have still 4 wines yet to try. I felt so bad nit using them. I hope to use it. Would the passport still be valid? It doesn't have any information on an expiration date or use only in one visit kind of writting. Thoughts??

I want to know as well...didn't know there was such a passport, but we would love that. Where did you get it? Do they always offer it or was it part of the Food & Wine Festival? (Sorry to hijack a bit...hope you find out if it's still good.)

As far as I know its always on offer and you buy it in Germany, Italy or France then get 2 wines in each one. I assume it would still be valid

The wine passport is $20. It is good for 2 small tasting glasses each in France Germany and Italy

I have never heard of this. I think I'm going to add it to my Epcot day in August !

Yeah there is so much to drink in World Showcase that even tho I would love to do this, there are so many alcoholic beverages i would rather try. BUT It is something I would like to do. Heres a link with some more info, sounds pretty neat. I would do it just for the passport, would make a good souvenEAR!

AS far as being able to use the passport on another trip, i read u need to have the receipt for the purchase of the passport and present both the passport and receipt at each country before sampling. So idk, maybe if u still have the receipt u can use it?

We tried this in Dec. 2009. At that time there was an expiration date on the passport. I'm not sure, but I think it expired one week after purchase.

When we bought ours this last February we had the same question. The CM said there was no expiration date, just bring the receipt with the passport.

You probably could but keep in mind that the tasting samples are very small.

Searching for an answer for our upcoming December 2021 trip, I was led to this thread. Going through my box of previous trip memorabilia, I finally located the Wine Passport (with receipt stapled to it) we bought during a previous trip in 2009 (I think - will look at the receipt last night). I did check and there's no mention of an expiration date, and I remember being told to hang on to it and use it on our next trip. We have two selections still unused.

I have read somewhere that it was discontinued for a while last year, but was revived. I'll take our Passport along and see if we can polish off those last two glasses, and will report on our return home.
