hey what exactely goes on for this festival, do they have free taste testing? what else? thanks in advance for all info, I have aleady received sooo much helpful words of wisdom, hazel

There are many booths set up around the world showcase. You can sample foods and wines from around the world. They have many more countries showcased than just those in the world showcase. There is a cost for the "samples". It runs in the few dollar range. Decent portions. We made dinner of the festival. There are special events. However, I didn't participate in any, so I can't tell you what they are exactly or the costs, I'm sure someone here can.
