Epcot TS during Spring Break

We are planning on going to Epcot after our cruise for Spring Break. We will be going on the Friday after Easter. We've never been to Disney during peak times and I was wondering how difficult it will be to go to a QS restaurant. I have an ADR for Biergarten for lunch but would rather just eat at the French bakery or in England for dinner. Is it too crazy that week to not stand in line forever? Or should I get another ADR for dinner?

Easywdw has the crowd level at 9. So very crowded. If you want to do CS without waiting in a long line then go very early or very late. Personally, when the parks are really crowded I prefer to have an ADR to avoid long waits and to have a guaranteed table.
