Epcot to Ohana and back again!

What are some suggestions that would be the quickest or most direct way to get from epcot to Ohana.

I read that I could:

A) take the monorail to TTC and walk to the poly

B) Take the monorail to TTC and take the Monorail to the Poly

C) Take a Bus to the Poly


I'm giving myself an hour window to get to my reservation I just want the option that would be time effective that wont have us running. I was thinking the most direct way would be to take a bus from Epcot to the poly. then from there just take a bus back. Let me know your suggestions!

I’m thinking Monorail to TTC, then walk to Poly might be your best bet. I’ve never done this before, so I’m not speaking from experience. Just keep in mind the amount of time it will take traveling to and from your ADR. That is a big chunk of your park time that’ll be tied up traveling to and from EPCOT. Just something to consider.

It is a little winding and the sign to the path to Polynesian from TTC is small, but I would believe it is the fastest. The walk is all sidewalk and about 5-10 minutes. I would choose that path.

I would do A) (walk from TTC), unless you time the resort monorail perfectly. Total time from EPCOT to Poly is about 45 mins.

90 minutes is definitely overkill. An hour is more than enough time.

I absolutely agree... while an hour is probably fine, the 90 minutes gives you leeway. If you happen to get there really quickly you could walk over and look around at the grand floridian. Also, the poly renovations are cool.

If it was me I'd go out International gateway, go to Boardwalk or Beach Club bus stop, take the bus to MK and monorail from there. If you wanted FASTEST possible, try a Minnie Van, or Uber from Boardwalk or Beach Club

Agree with the PP's that A is your best choice. I'd also plan for 60 minutes.

That's pretty likely the slowest of all possible routes.

Disney suggests you allow 90 minutes to make it to an ADR using their transportation.

The quickest way would be Uber to taxi. Save you an hour of time as well.

That's really oriented towards traveling between 2 resorts. Unless the Monorail breaks down, I can't see it taking more than 20 minutes to get from Epcot to TTC, except at park closing.

OP - there is no bus between Epcot and Poly, or TTC or MK. Unless the Monorail breaks down.

Lyft (why does everybody ignore Lyft?) Or Über from whichever Epcot exit is more convenient.

I'm thinking after all these suggestions that might be the best option. As far as losing park time this will be our third day in Epcot so we aren't worried about that.

Wow! Thanks for that info, I didn't know there weren't buses between Epcot and poly but that makes sense because it's on the monorail line.

The first option seems like the best bet. I'll keep uber/taxi/lyft/Minnie van in mind for a backup! Thanks so much everyone!
