What is easiest/fastest Disney transportation to go from Epcot to DTD? Also AK to DTD? Because of the need for carseats Taxi's are out.

From Epcot:

Plan A (from World Showcase)
Exit Epcot via International Gateway.
Boat or walk to Boardwalk Resort.
Bus to DTD.

Plan B (from Future World & Main Gates)
Bus to Saratoga Springs Resort.
Bus, boat, or walk to DTD.

From AK Park:

Plan A
Bus to AK Lodge.
Bus to DTD.

Plan B
Bus to Saratoga Springs Resort.
Bus, boat, or walk to DTD.

In other words...there are no buses that run between DTD and any park. You have to head to the nearest resort and take their bus.

the only difference I'd recommend is that when leaving Epcot from International Gateway Walk to the Beach club resort rather than the Boardwalk. It's closer. I stayed at the Boardwalk and found that everytime I got on a bus it stopped at the Swan, Dolphin, Yacht & Beach before it went anywhere anyway.
