What would be the easiest route? Is there a bus right to DTD or do I have to ride monorail to TTC first? I am totally clueless on disney transportation.

TIA

Take a bus to a resort, then transfer to a Downtown Disney bus. Buses to Caribbean Beach, Pop Century, or Port Orleans suggested.

If you are going to the north part of DtD (the Marketplace) you can take the Saratoga Springs bus to the Congress Park stop and walk to DtD.

If you are at the back of Epcot you can go out the International Gateway exit, walk to Boardwalk, and take the DtD bus.

There is no non-stop service. Do not take the monorail.

You have to go via a resort. There are no buses to DTD from any theme park or from TTC.

From Epcot, the best place to transfer is POFQ. From 10 a.m. thru 11 p.m., you can also ride a boat from POFQ to DTD, but it usually takes about 10 minutes longer than the bus.

Or if you don't mind walking half a mile, you can take the bus from Epcot to SSR and exit the bus at the Congress Park station (the 4th stop at the resort). Then walk straight back between the first row of buildings, turn left, and follow the shoreline around to DTD Marketplace.

There are no buses that go from any park to DTD. You would have to go to a resort first and then transfer to a DTD bus, such as the BC if you're at Epcot, or take the bus to SSR and walk to DTD.
