Epcot to DHS

Any idea as to how long it will take the boat to go from Epcot to DHS? I am trying to do something different for transportation Also, where does the boat leave you off at DHS? Thank you.

With the stops it makes on the way, generally about 15-20 minutes has been our experience.


The boat stop at Epcot is outside of the international Gateway and the boat stop at DHS is to the right of the main entrance if you are looking at DHS.


You can also walk between the two parks. It usually takes us about 20 minutes pushing a stroller.

I would take the boat. You do enough walking on property as it is. Not to mention it is an enjoyable ride.

To me it depends on the time of year. It can get pretty hot on the boat and add to it the smell of the fumes and you'll be wishing you walked. Not to mention that it takes almost the same amount of time to walk as it does to ride. However if you like boat rides I would go for it.

The boat will stop at Boardwalk, Yacht/Beach, and Swan/Dolphin before arriving at Studios. Depending on crowd level it can be 20-30 minutes.

Assumming the boat makes all the stops, it's about 20 minutes if you walk and about 20 minutes if you catch the boat right about the time it is leaving the dock.

We missed the boat by a hair. They closed the gate as were just getting to the area. We decided to walk it instead of waiting for the next boat. We made it to DHS just ahead of the boat. It was pulling into the dock right after we walked past.

That has been our experience more times than not. We tend to stay at Beach Club, so the boats are required some days and we ALWAYS beat the boat when we decide to walk.
