Yes you will need to change monrails. Take the Epcot monorail to the TTC(itsonly stop).Walk down the ramp and up the Resort Monorail ramp. The CR is the fourth stop (after Polynesian, GF, MK).

Take the monorail from Epcot to TTC and then switch to the resort monorail which, I believe, runs clockwise through Poly first, Grand Floridian, MK, and then Contemporary. In the alternative, you could take the direct to MK monorail at TTC and then walk or boat over to the Contemporary.

There is no boat from MK to CR. You could either walk or take the resort monorail from MK.

i love these threads. you could get off the monorail at the ttc, and boat over to the mk and then walk to cr. or you could walk to poly from ttc, and take a boat to mk and then walk to cr...or you could take the friendship launch from the international gateway to mgm and take a bus to cr fromthere...oh the possibilities are endless...you could, oh never mind. i think the first reply after the OP is your best bet.

I believe there is a boat from the MK to the Contemporary. It stops at Contemporary and then goes on to WL and Fort Wilderness. I rode it last November; maybe they've stopped the service?

There are two boat routes. One services MK, WL, AND FW.

The other services CR,WL,FW.

So, I guess yes, there is a way to get to CR by boat going to WL and then taking the other boat to CR.
