Epcot times

Are all rides now open at 830 at Epcot or 9:00 for park opening or are the countries still later? Last time we went we had to wait for them to open rope

Frozen and Ratatouile (sorry for the spelling, lol) both open at rope drop (or early entry for resort guests). The only other ride I can think of in world showcase is the Mexico ride and the last few times I have been there, that ride did not open at rope drop
