EPCOT - Ticket Pick-up Help YES Program

Hi -

Our family is going to DW for the first time - thank you all for the great information here. We had a change in flight plans and we are now arriving at 5:45am on Tuesday morning (6/26). We need to collect our tickets, which we purchased through the Disney Youth Education Series Program and be at the Epcot Group Sales Window before 8:45am for my girls to attend their program.

Every person I have spoken to at DW has given me different conflicting information on the hours of the ticket windows - the tix say: This printed copy of the barcode confirmation is required to pick up your tickets at any Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket Window prior to your program start date and time.

Whats the best plan?? Thank you in advance!

I have picked up YES tickets at 8:15 am at the Epcot window in the past. I generally have picked them up at arrival (I have always used them for student groups not personal and have not attended any programs) but the window has always been open at the same time as the other Epcot ticket booths.

I believe guest service windows open 30 minutes before the first guest enters the park. I believe this usually means no later than 7:35am because the first guests would enter EPCOT for 8:05am dining reservations. Might even be earlier at EPCOT because I think the segway tour starts at 7:30am.
