Epcot Sericel

Does anyone remember seeing a sericel of Mickey, Goofy, and Pluto at the World Showcase watching Illuminations? It may have been titled "Worldwide Welcome."

I believe this sericel was released during the Millenium Celebration. I have not been able to find anything else about it online. If anyone has a picture of it, please post it or email me.
