I spent $30 and took the 1 hour Segway tour. It was the most fun I had all week! I would reccommend it to anyone! If you have taken the Segway tours what did you think of it?

$30? Wow! You got a deal! lol. The WDW website lists it as $80 pp. Did you use an AP rate or am I missing something here? :confused3

$80 is for the 2 hour tour. I did it and it was fabulous. Paid $60 something with the AP discount.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it!! We are taking family in August, do you remember what the weight limit was. (we have a big guy :)

SO cool! How do I book the $30 tour?

Do you get to drive around Epcot on this cheaper tour, or only on the $80 one?

You can get all the info on the link I posted above. You only get to go around the WS on the more expensive tour.

I just booked the 2 hour one for my husband for a Christmas present on 12/23 -- we booked 180 days out and only the 8:30 slot was available! I guess ADR's aren't the only things that book up quickly in December.

My DH, DS and I did the two hour Segway Tour in February, 2005. We paid $68 per person with our AAA discount.

It was FANTASTIC!!!

We hope to do it again on our next trip.

Have fun!

We (DM and DD just turned 16)are also taking the 2 hour tour I think it is 1 hour indoors and 1 hour thru epcot.. Did anyone run into anything or have any accidents??

DH. DS and I did the Around the World 2 hour tour last October. It was the highlight of our trip. We paid $68 pp with the AAA discount. I would love to do it again.
My family thought I would have trouble, but it was very easy to learn. When we were in Japan, they had us riding over a small bridge with a turn and one of the tour guides was standing right at the turn. He did help me a bit there.
It was a blast!!!

Wow, I'd love to know others' experiences, how far out they had to book reservations.

The one hour tour/ride was $30 and you got to ride out doors behind Inoventions West for about 30 minutes. The first 30 minutes was indoors learning to ride it. We were there the 2nd week of June and did not have to have any reservations. Just go to guest relations just to the left of the golf ball ;) and pay and sign up.
