EPCOT - Seeds Tour

I would also like to know, as I am interested in this tour, among others.

My DH and I took this tour in October. If you are at all interested in gardening you will enjoy this tour. We spent maybe 45 minutes walking through the land. There were 8-10 people on the tour with us and we had plenty of time to look around and ask questions. We found it all pretty amazing!

DD9 and I did the Behind the Seeds Tour in September. It was interesting, and actually held DD's attention. The kids got to release ladybugs (natural pest control) and feed the fish.

My family and I took the tour back in August and really enjoyed it. I loved being 'behind the scenes' at The Land. I took so many pictures! My favorite was the Mickey Mouse pumpkin! It is worth the money and it's a lot of fun!
:teeth:

My mom and I took this tour in May. It was okay. I think a lot has to do with the enthusiasm level of your CM. We took the tour towards the end of the day, and our CM seemed ready to go home by that point. Not that she rushed anyone, but she didn't seem too focused. We passed by another tour group, and their guide seemed fine, so I think our guide was just having a bad day. We were glad we took the tour though, even though we're not avid gardeners and didn't have very many questions to ask - we just listened and learned!

I took the tour in September and LOVED it! It was very informative and a lot of fun. We sampled some of the cucumbers and got to feed some of the fish. All in all it was well worth it! :thumbsup2

I took this tour years ago and have no interest in gardening. I learned some interesting things but was a little bored at times. I was glad I did it because it was something different and it was inexpensive.

DH, DS & * did this a few years ago and this past September I asked if they were still doing it cause DH & I wanted to do it again. The sign up area was moved from where we had gone originally (Near enterance to Soarin') It used to be right after the boat ride. When we went to sign up the CM asked if we had annual passes and when we said we didn't, he asked if we had AAA. We do and we had to show our card and got a discount of a few dollars off the price. That was a nice surprise. So check to see if you are eligible for any discounts.

We enjoyed the tour both times we went on it. :thumbsup2

I did this in September with my nine year old and the gardeners in the group seemed to really enjoy it. My daughter and I found it a little boring. They didn't have a ladybug release and, since my daughter was the only child in the group, they didn't really adjust the vocabulary level for her. In all fairness, we were there while the Land boat ride was closed for refurbishment so that might've been a factor. I should mention that my daughter loves to learn and generally enjoys museums.
